Change student offer to second SIM?

I hope this email finds you well. My name is Zak, and I am a student at NCI. Recently, I acquired two SIM cards from 48—one associated with my "personal email" and the other linked to my "college email address".

I have accidentally activated the SIM card linked to my personal email and transferred my phone number to it. I want to avail the student offers provided by 48. Could you please guide me on the necessary steps to activate these offers on my account?
