Internet & zone problems with new 5G phone

I bought a new 5G phone and my internet and zone is not working. Why? I tried everything

Did you configure your APN settings correctly?

If you're on Android then you can text "APN" to 50048 and follow the instructions here to do this:

What do you mean by "zone is not working"?

That doesn't really make sense. 

Please clarify.
