However, people calling from India to your 48 number shouldn't need to do anything assuming that their local network allows international calls to Irish mobiles.
It should just work for them.
What happens at their end when they call?
Do they get any message about the failed call?
You might need to contact 48 support about this.

In order for you to be able to call an Indian number you need an active membership plan and also cash credit on your account to pay for the international call.
