I've been told my plan has expired. The email I used originally with 48 is full. I share an email with my husband noelletom@gmail.com which I need to use to update my plan. Please help

If the problem is that you can't log in because you no longer have access to the email address/account that was used to set up your My48 account then see here:

What happens if I don’t have access to my registered email? : You’ll need access to your registered email to reset your password and complete verification when signing in. If you can’t access it, contact our Care team and we’ll help you get back into your account.

If that's not the issue then you'll need to explain more clearly what your issue is.

Bear in mind that every 48 account needs a unique email address so if the address that you mention is already used for your husband's 48 account then it can't be used for your account as well.

By the way, it's not a great idea to post personal information such as your email address in a public forum like this where anybody can see and use it.

You might want to edit your post to remove your email address.
