Your post was blank @bourne and the subject line doesn't really clearly explain that the issue is. 

What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership plan status, expiry date, and allowance/cash credit balances? 

If you have used up your membership data allowance then you need to use Flexi Data or buy a data add-on to continue using mobile data for the remainder of the current membership plan month: 

You buy add-ons yourself, you don't need anybody else to do it for you.

If that doesn't help then you'll need to explain more clearly what your problem is.
