I don't have connection

Hello,
A couple of hours I received a text saying my number has been moved to 48, so I changed my SIM for the old one which has been accepted after I used the new PIN. But, I don't have connection, my number is: 085 133 7470. Did I do something wrong? My other number works very well: 085 1656883

Your post is a bit confusing...

 

You tried to port your number but it did not move over to 48?

What number is listed on your My48 account under Settings > My details?

 

Your old provider's SIM and number is still working?

Does the 48 SIM work with the new 48 number that was allocated to the SIM?

Or do you get no connection at all with the 48 SIM?

 

You probably need to contact 48 support about this if it's an issue with your number not porting over correctly.
