Are you asking how can you buy a membership plan and pay for it using cash credit on your account?
If so then you simply select the plan as normal and if you have enough cash credit on your account to pay for the contents of your shopping basket then you'll see the options to pay using cash credit or payment card.
If the checkout total is more than the amount of cash credit on your account then you won't get the option to part pay using the cash credit on your account.
