You'll need to explain the issue/question in a bit more detail.
What exactly are you trying to do?
Are you just joining 48 as a new customer?
If so then see the getting started guides.
Be aware that in some cases, due to the way that Apple do things, the iPhone will need to be activated on a new network before it will work.
On a network such as 48 this involves the phone silently sending an SMS text message to a UK activation server.
Because international texts are not covered by membership allowances but are charged to cash credit on your account, this process will not succeed until you add €1 cash credit to your account.
So if, after activating your SIM and putting it in the iPhone, you don't get a network connection then try that - at €1 cash credit and reboot the phone.
Presumably you already know that the phone must be unlocked for use on any network.
