Hi Guys, I'm getting a message saying I'm out of minutes when I try and call UK or US numbers, but my plan says my membership isn't due again until 25th February, how do I add additional credit?

International calls are not covered by membership or add-on call minutes.
These allowances only cover Irish landline/mobile calls and some other national calls (including Northern Ireland landlines dialled using the 048 prefix).
You need cash credit on your account (in addition to an active membership) in order to make international calls and certain other calls:
