How do I use credit to pay for my monthly plan

I have a credit of €20 on my account, how do I use it to pay for my monthly plan?

When you buy a plan or add-on then, as long as the amount of cash credit is greater than or equal to the cost of what you're buying, you should get the option at checkout to pay using your cash credit balance rather than using a bank card. 

That option won't appear if the cost is what you're buying is greater than the amount of cash credit on your account.
