What is the context here? 

What exactly are you trying to do, what steps are you taking to do it, what happens, any error messages, etc.?

How and when are you being asked for this password? 

A Google search throws up links such as this that suggest that the call barring password may be 0000 or 1234 by default if never previously changed. 

Maybe try those passwords to see if they do what you need?

Hi! I can’t make any outgoing calls — it says call barring is active and I get an MMI code error when I try to disable it.
Please check my account and remove any call barring or restrictions.
