Data did not renew

In transactions it records that my data was renewed today. It hasn't and I now have no data until April 26th.

What do you mean "data was renewed"?
Do you mean that your membership renewed today but you didn't get any data allowance?
What exactly does your My 48 account page say about your current membership status?
You may need to contact 48 support about this.

I am having the same problem, but the contact chat has been unavailable all day.  Are there any other avenues I can pursue for help?
