Card payment and then top up

Hi.
My bank card was compromised and as a result the bank had to cancel my card and it has effected my direct debits.

The monthly unlimited plan for my son’s phone did not go through.
I used another card and choose top ip by accident rather than an unlimited plan. Even so with the top up his phone is not updated with any plan.
Can you look into this and also why there is zero grace period to give a customer a chance to update their card details.

What exactly do you mean by this?

What exactly did you buy?

What does your Transactions page say about the payment?

It's not really clear from your post what exactly your problem is. 

I also don't understand this: 

  • Can you look into this and also why there is zero grace period to give a customer a chance to update their card details.

If your card has been compromised and cancelled how can a merchant such as 48 still allow transactions to be executed on it? That doesn't make sense.
