What exactly do you mean by this?
What exactly did you buy?
What does your Transactions page say about the payment?
It's not really clear from your post what exactly your problem is.
I also don't understand this:
If your card has been compromised and cancelled how can a merchant such as 48 still allow transactions to be executed on it? That doesn't make sense.
