Cannot make outgoing calls

Earlier had a Tesco sim was not able to make outgoing calls everything else such as internet, incoming calls was working fine but i ported that number to 48 thinking that the tesco sim had some problem can but still facing the same problem. What can i do? Can i change my number again to a 48 phone number because I see there's a problem with the phone number

What happens when you try to make a call?
If outgoing calls fail with both a Tesco and a 48 SIM then that suggests an issue with the handset.
Have you tried a factory reset?
What make and model of phone is it?
Were you ever able to make calls?
If you want a new number (and you'll lose your old one) then contact 48 support and see if they can assist.
