Can’t receive or make calls

Hi,

I have prepaid, 48.ie SIM card inserted, requested my number to be moved, but still can’t receive or make calls. Please help me get my phone working properly. Thanks

Did you successfully activate the SIM?

Did you successfully port your number?

Is your phone unlocked for use on any network?

Did you buy a membership plan?

What happens when you try to make a call?

Can you send/receive texts? Can you use mobile data?

Do you have a connection to the 48 network - i.e. signal bars?

If not then if you do a manual search for networks can you see and connect to 48?

Any error messages on the phone?
