Can't make/receive calls - was working OK a few days ago

Hi,

 

My phone stopped working on Sunday, it seems the sim card might need to be replaced

Do you have an active membership plan?

What happens when you try to make a call?

Any error messages?

Can you send/receive texts and use mobile data?

Do you have a connection to the 48 network - i.e. signal bars?

If not then what happens if you do a manual search for networks? 

Can you see and connect to 48?

Can you try the SIM in another unlocked phone?
