Can’t get sms from other country

Hi,I need to get a message from my bank in Slovakia and I don’t get it. I contacted the bank there, they said there is everything O.K. from their site and advised me to contact my operator. So I’d like to ask you to investigate, why can’t I receive message from Slovakia. Thank you, regards, Ivana.
