I have a credit on your company and I would like to use them and pay to my credit card, but your company doesn’t give me permission to do that

Your post isn't very clear.

Are you saying that you have cash credit on your 48 account and you want to get this back onto your credit card? 

If that's your issue then you'll need to contact 48 support for assistance. 

If that's not your issue then please explain more clearly and in more detail what your issue is.
