Can account credit be used to make landline calls in Ireland

Not sure what exactly you mean by "account credit" here?
Monthly membership incudes a certain number of landline minutes.
And if you use those up then you can buy a landline calls add-on for more.

Yeah I know all that but you can buy other credit called account credit that allows you to ring 1800 numbers ant text other countries .my landline credit is used up but I have this account credit but I cant ring a landline using it

You mean cash credit?
No that doesn't cover landline calls.
Only membership or add-on landline minutes cover national landline calls.
