Calling Landline Numbers

Strange one... Im unable to use my mobile to call landlines even though there is credit in my account. Could this be to do with my membership or allowance? And what would be the easiest way to configure my account to let me call landlines. Really tricky to set up a new bank account as they need you to dial a certain landline number using a specific mobile.

Cash credit is irrelevant when calling Irish landline numbers (and Northern Ireland landlines using the 045 rather than 00 44 prefix).

Are you sure that you have an active membership?

Landline calls come out of your normal membership call minutes allowance.

What happens when you try to call?

Does it fail for all landline numbers or only some?

Any specific types?

What sort of number is the bank one?

Your post doesn't make much sense.

Especially in the context of a thread about difficulties calling landline numbers.

You'll need to explain your issue in a bit more detail.

What exactly are you trying to do, what goes wrong, what error messages etc.?
