This is my second month with 48mobile and the first month I had no Internet at all I'm not happy with this Im thinking of moving to a different mobile company

Are your APN settings configured correctly?

Are all other collected apps and web browsing working ok? 

What happens when you try to use YouTube? 

Any error messages? 

Could it be that the YouTube app doesn't have rights to use network connectivity? 

Does it work on WiFi as opposed to mobile data? 

Does YouTube in the web browser work? 

Can you try your SIM in another unlocked phone to see if YouTube works there on 48 (with the APN settings configured correctly)?
