Bought membership plan but no service

Hi
I paid for my sons plan 12.99 but it won’t work and it’s says I have 2 cent in my account
How can I fix this

Same questions/suggestions as I posted below apply here to what looks like the identical issue:

Is this your first time buying membership or have you had one before with calls/texts/data working ok?

What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership status, allowance balances and expiry date?

What does your Transactions page say about the recent payment?

Does your Buy Plan page list any upcoming membership?
