You mean that you have cash credit on your account and want to withdraw it?
You'll have to contact 48 support to see if they can facilitate that.
Why don't you just use your cash credit to buy a membership plan?
The option to pay using your cash credit balance should be presented to you at checkout if the cash credit balance is greater than or equal to the cost of whatever you're trying to buy.
E.g. if you have €10 cash credit on your account and want to buy a €12.99 membership plan then you'll have to first add €3 more cash credit to give you €13 cash credit and then when you go to buy the €12.99 membership plan you should get the option to pay for it using your cash credit rather than using your payment card.

Unfortunately they don't allow such split payments and you can only use cash credit to pay for a membership plan or add-on when the amount of cash credit on your account is at least equal to the cost of whatever you're buying.
As I mentioned previously, if the cash credit balance on your account is insufficient to pay for whatever you're buying then you can first top-up your cash credit balance and then use your increased cash credit balance to pay for your purchase.
E.g. if you have cash credit on your account of €10 but want to buy a €12.99 plan then first add another €3 cash credit and then buy the plan and pay for it using €12.99 of your €13 cash credit balance.
