Apps not working

Hi Folks. My daughter got a phone upgrade today. She had a 48 SIM card which we switched out from the old phone to the new phone. On the new phone her apps only work while she is on wifi but do not when using the SIM card. I have checked the 48 account and all is ok. Anyone any ideas. Thanks Seamus

Did she configure her APN settings so that mobile data can work out and about? 

Are calls and texts working?
