Hi. I am in dublin now and need to call turkiye. Bought 3€ add on to call for 60minutes. It is not activated yet. Or did I buy the wrong add on? Was I supposed to add credits?

There's no add-on for international calls.

Whatever add-on you bought is no use here.

You need an active membership plan and cash credit on your account in order to be able to make international calls.

The international calls are charged to your cash credit balance.

The chat option hasn't worked for me for a long time on different devices, browsers, network connections etc. but 48 support say that it should work.

I gave up on it and if I need to contact 48 support I just use the email address instead.
