Normally a SIM only becomes deactivated if you don't buy a membership plan for 6+ months.
When did you last buy one?
If it was within the last 6 months then the SIM should still work.
You seem to have been using the SIM in February assuming that this is the same one?
What happens if you do a manual search for networks?
Can you see and connect to 48?
If not then what happens?
Any error messages?
What happens if you try to buy a membership plan?
Any error messages?
If the SIM has been deactivated because you didn't buy a membership plan for 6+ months then you'll have to persist with contacting 48 support as only they will be able to assist here.
