Hi my phone was robbed and was wondering if ye can track the sim or phone with imei numbers or anything .. this is really urgent please

You'll probably need to contact 48 support about this but I doubt it:

You should maybe disable your SIM?

Did you enable Google or Apple tracking on your phone?
