How are you trying to buy it?
What happens? Any errors?
What's your credit balance? You can get it from your online account or by dialing *100# and hitting call/send.
If you have at least €20 credit what happens when you text "Don" (without quotes) to 1745?
If necessary log a support request to get 48 support to look into this for you.
