purchased the don and internet not working on my device?? help please??

You'll need to configure the internet/APN/MMS settings for this to work. See here:

If your device is not listed then choose a similar one or (on Android) try the Tweakker APN app mentioned near the start of the above thread.

Did it ever work?

If so when did it stop working?

Are calls and texts working OK for you?

My Iphone 6 has had "no service since yesterday, have gone through all the Apple procedures and checked sim but still no success, no network available to click into.
