paid membership but still didnt come through after 2 hours?

It just says its processing and ta grab a cup of tea, that was over 2 hours ago, some tae drank since then! Does anyone know what's wrong please help I need my phone asap, cheers

mines the exact same! been waiting over an hour think somethings wrong with 48 at the mo

If you haven't done so already you should probably log a support request to get 48 to look into your problems...

Just did a topup for somebody and it under My History in the online account it seems to be stuck on "Processing". Maybe there's some problem with 48 processing credit card payments right now?

Same problem here, i topped up using a credit card around three hours ago but it's still "processing" ?!?! HELP Pweez :'(

There's a problem with top up and membership at the moment im the same, got a reply from the crew they don't know how long its going to take but there working on it. It better be fixed soon or i'm moving networks can't be without my phone the weekend #painintheass!
