not getting through to pay my membership

I m trying to pay my membership but from yesterday its not going through. Is there any technical support issue?

How are you trying to buy membership?
E.g. from a PC? From the phone on wifi? From the phone on carrier data (maybe with no data allowance balance left)? Other?
How are you trying to pay? Voucher? From credit balance? Direct card payment?
What happens/goes wrong?
Any error messages?

This is happening to me too! I tried to buy it on wifi and on carrier data through direct debit. I put all my card details through and it just reloads to the same page and does nothing! I need help!!
