my number still wont work!!

i recently moved from vodafone to 48 and my number still not workin and its been 2 weeks now cnt call or recive it say network not registerd!!...and my getting annoyed every single day cze m foneless and dont knw how times ive e-mailed thm n  yet this is not solved!! any ideas how cn i get my number working? or where they ment to send me a new sim?

I presume that you already tried to port your number via this form?

Did you get the security code to your old number/SIM and enter that?

 

If you did all that and the number has still not ported then you should log a support request and ask 48 for assistance:

yea i did all of that n still thy hvnt replied me...i even bought credit thinkin myb it wld work bt it hsnt, my port says   transfer in progress...strtin to gve up on my number nw

Maybe post a follow up comment to your open request and see if that prompts somebody into action.

i have exactly same problem and i topped up as well and they're like doing nothing.. it's been over a week now and my number is still tranferring, i even tried replacement card and it's still transferring..

You should log a support query in case there is some problem with the number port.

It's been three weeks for me, ordered replacement SIM which didn't arrive, have just ordered a third SIM today. Have logged requests which have not been helpful. Have membership payed since 7th September which is being wasted.
