I didn't get my security code so I turned off my laptop but now it won't let me register because it says my email address is being used so I tried to log on to my account but it won't accept my password or email address. PLEASE HELP

When it says your email address is being used, this usually means that you already have an account registered with that email address.

I suggest you request the password for the first account you registered for. This should fix your problem.

i asked to keep my  old number i log on and they give me a new one . how do i get my old number back without deleting my account?
