mobile dat not working

Hi

 

My name is Alis. A couple month ago I had and accident with my, and I had to replace my phone. Since the accident my mobile date is not working on my phone. I got a  brand new phone but my mobile data is still not working. 

 

I move my sim card into a different phone and still no luck. I got a different sim from a diffrent provider and put it in my new phone and the mobile data is working fine.

 

It since to be an issue with my sim. 

 

Can you please send me a new sim or can you let me know what will be an alternative solution?

You need to configure your internet settings.

This does not happen automatically.
