I want to keep my own number but I've got a new number. I had to reg my new sim in a new phone because my old sim wouldn't fit into new phone i don't know if this is reason my my old number never transferred over. I would greatly appreciate any help on this matter as i would like to keep my old number.

If you want to keep your number then just submit a porting request - see here:

Be careful that you didn't order a new SIM rather than a replacement SIM.

If you did that then you may have set up a completely different account.
