Hey Pavel
That's an android phone so the settings below should work for you.
Open Settings then click MORE SETTINGS
Then click MOBILE NETWORKS
Next click ACCESS POINT NAMES
From here press you menu key which is the touch button to the left of the home button
Next select + NEW APN from here enter this information
Name - 48 Internet
APN - 48months.liffeytelecom.com
Proxy - leave blank
Port - leave blank
Username - leave blank
Password - leave blank
Server - Not set
MMSC - http://mmc1/servlets/mms
MMS proxy - 10.1.11.19
MMS port - 8080
MCC - 272
MNC - 11
Authentication type - PAP
APN type - default,supl,mms
When you have done that ensure mobile data and data roaming are both switched on.
Let me know if that works.

In my experience Authentication type can (should?) be left blank/not set.
I previously posted this minimal list of configuration settings which have always worked for me on different phones regardless of make/model.

Hope this helps.

You mean there's no APN Type field at all?
That sounds very odd.
I've Googled for other operators' settings (in other countries) and they all mention APN Type as a field that should be configured and configurable.
What fields ARE listed?
Can you post screenshots?
Not being smart but have you scrolled down the screen in the APN settings?
Maybe try the APN as it is in case it works?
Hope this helps.

I don't understand.
APN type IS listed there.
Can you not edit it or something?
Does it let you enter text? If so then enter "default, supl, mms" (without the quotes).
In some cases it presents a list of checkboxes in which case you should select default, supl and mms.
Does the APN work when it's left at default?
Authentication type is irrelevant as far as I know and have seen.
I'd leave it not set/blank.
Hope this helps.
