hi, my phones mobile internet hasnt been working the last month and a half i topped up last month and still didnt work.it say its switched on but there no icon up on home screen and it dosent work.im due to top up today!just wondering is there anything you can do? thanks Anthony

Are your internet/APN settings correctly configured? Post them here for review if necessary.

Does your online account confirm that you have a data allowance as part of your membership or a data add-on?
What is your membership status, expiry date and data allowance balance?
