internet not working

I have prestigio PAP5300DUO i have the steps autho and manually still not working.i have 1GB, do i need to purchase more?

Did you try all of the steps here to configure your internet settings?

If so and it still doesn't work then you need to contact support as per that link.

You do not need to buy any more data allowance/add-ons.
