It's not really clear what you are talking about - cash credit, add-ons or membership?
There is no facility for automatic cash credit update so I presume you're actually talking about membership?
What does your online account say about your membership status, expiry date and allowance balances?
Does it say if automatic membership renewal is enabled?
Is there any next membership listed under the membership planner?
What does your My History page say about recent payments/purchases?

If your membership expiry/renewal date is 16th of the the month and you have used up your current membership balances then buying a new membership will not help as it will not start until 16th August. If you have used up current membership allowances then you probably need to buy add-ons and not a new membership.
