I topped up by 20 euro and it never registered what should I do

What exactly do you mean?

What did you top up and what do you mean by "never registered"?

 

Did you top up your cash credit balance with €20 but it has not appeared on your cash credit balance (dial *100# to get this)?

Or did you buy a €20 Don membership but it has not started? Remember that if you have a current membership in place and you buy a new one then the new one stacks to kick in when the current one eventually expires. It does NOT start immediately.

If you have used up your current membership allowances and need more then you need to buy add-ons.

In order to clarify your situation log into your online account and check:

 

  1. Your current membership status and end date here: https://www.48months.ie/my-48
  2. Any "next" membership and start date listed in the Membership Planner section on the same page
  3. Recent payments/purchases/transactions in your My History page here: http://www.48months.ie/my-48/my-history
