It just says sorry your not allowed call this number.
I have the same sim card just changed from an iPhone to a galaxy

Can you call the same numbers when the SIM is in the old phone?

Can you call other numbers on the new phone?

If so then I think you'll need to get 48 support to look into this for you:

Yea I can call these numbers on my old phone. Yea I can call most people just not everyone
