cant connect to internet

i have an hauwei access g510 and i cant connect to internet.. what settings are similar to my fone... please help

Did you try the online configurator?

http://48months.tweakker.com/choose/Huawei/Ascend%20G510

If that doesn't work download/install the Tweakker APN app while on WiFi and try that.

Remember to enable data roaming.

hi i just payed up my don membership and i am being told it was successful, however i have no internet access. still being told i have no internet available.

Just because you bought a new membership doesn't mean that it takes effect immediately.

If you have a current membership in place with time of its monthly course left to run then that stays in place until it expires and then the new membership kicks in.

If you have a current membership in place and have used up allowances then you need to buy add-ons to tide you over to the end of the membership's normal monthly period.

 

Add-ons

 

All memberships always run their full monthly course.

Buying a new membership does not prematurely terminate a current one and kick in immediately.

Check your online account and see what the expiry date for your membership is - that should clarrify whether or not all of the above is relevant here.
