Can you make any calls or is it just a problem with a specific number?
If it's a problem with a specific number then is it one that you need credit to call?
If you can't make any calls then did it ever work? And what does your online account say about your membership status, expiry date and calls allowances? Any chance you breached the fair usage limits and got barred for the remainder of your current membership month?
