cant call or text

my membership hasnt run out but if i send a message it keep saying failed and if i call someone its says turn call barrinf off but i dont no how too?

What does your online account say abour your membership status, expiry date and calls/texts/data/credit balances?

 

Did calls/texts work before now?

If so did anything change before they stopped working?

 

Any chance that you have used up your calls/texts allowances?

 

Any chance that you breached the fair usage limits and got barred for the remainder of your current membership month?
