I cannot top up my net because of secure connection issue I never had this issue before

If you are trying to do so on the app then try the website.
If you are already on the website then try another device or browser if possible.
But chances are you will need to contact 48 support about this.

It seems to happen from time to time to different members/users.
No idea why.
