calls disconecting

Hi, got some problems yesterday with calls, two incoming calls was disconected and your ansering mashine says that i dont have credit for that call - thats just wierd becouse those was incoming calls and i was in Ireland... why is that?

ok and same staff today, keeps droping incaming calls and says no credit...

Edit: sorry - only noticed now that your problem was with INCOMING calls getting dropped and you getting the "no credit" message - after I had posted the following. However the advice about logging a support request still stands and hopefully the rest of the info may be of use to somebody else!

 

Note that outgoing calls will drop after 60 mins. 48 introduced this limit because some people were leaving their phones connected for hours on end as baby monitors and the like!

However I presume that you mean that calls are dropping sooner than that? What's the coverage like in your area?

You might need to log a support query to get 48 to look into this problem for you.

When calls drop or get terminated at the 60 mins limit you do get that "no credit" message even if it can be a bit meaningless.

getting droped in about 1min . Coverage is fine 2-3 lines... dont have same problem while i am calling someone.
