If you want assistance from the Community Forum then you need to explain your issue clearly and in detail.
E.g. What exactly are you trying to do, what steps are you taking to do it, what happens/goes wrong, any error messages, etc.?
What does "buy a plain (plan?)" mean?
What does "now (not?) working with my card" mean?
If you mean that you bought a membership plan and it's not working then you'll need to provide more details.
What exactly is/isn't working?
Connection to the 48 network - i.e. signal bars?
Calls, texts, mobile data?
When was everything working ok last?
What does your My48 account dashboard say about your current membership status and expiry date?
What does your Transactions page say about your recent payment?
