Hi my balance has been reduced and I dont know how? my balance was 8.01 as at yesterday i then topped up 7 euros making it 15.01, now its reduced to 10.01, why?

Did you send any Mms (additional cost to send mms) or did you call a number outside of your calltime allowance (1890 no for example)
Did you text any UK mobiles?
