Im trying to buy an internet add on as mine has run out but when i click buy from balance it wont go any further ive got the credit but it still wont let me buy the internet add on

Hi . I got to buy the internet add on . Now ive a bigger problem . I had bought the land line mins and 2 internet add ons . My membership ran out tonight and im left with nothing ? I spent 9 euro credit and i didnt even get to use the landline mins and over 1gb of internet !!! From ehat i make out of the addon info it says you can use ur addon for one month or unless you use it up before your month is up . But ive just been screwed out of 9 euro credit !! Why is it not clearly stated thst if your membership runs out then so is ur addons that you have just bought and didnt even get to use . I find that very unfair . I love the network and the plans but to be paying out that kind of money and not even getting a chance to use it is disgraceful . And now im left with nothing and expected to pay membership again and just forget about the money thats been completly wasted on something i didnt get a chance to use .. Are you as a network going to compensate me for thst ? I doubt that very much . And thats even more annoying

You need a active membership for add ons to work.
It's stated here (and maybe also elsewhere?)
